	Bernie Topham: Team Manager As Team Manager I want my team to reach out to people in the community who would like to get back to work but need extra help to do so.
	Chris Walby: Employment Adviser I have a number of years experience working with people claiming Incapacity Benefit both in Derwentside and in Wear Valley. I have also previously worked both in Consett and Stanley Job Centres so I have a wide knowledge of the local labour market.
	Maureen Dick: Employment Adviser I have 20 years experience as a trained employment adviser. I love working with people to help achieve ambitions they thought were impossible. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone turn their life around after starting work.
	Martina Blake: Employment Adviser As a specialist employment adviser I provide a friendly & individually tailored service to meet the needs of our customers.
	Angeline Brown: Employer and Customer Engagement Consultant My job is to make sure that unemployed residents of Derwentside are aware of the support and help that Derwentside Employment Team can provide, this includes the co-ordinating and delivery of the Health and Lifestyle Events. In addition to this I work with local employers to fulfill their recruitment needs,  enabling local people to get local jobs.

Silvia Coates: Employment Adviser

With a background of over 20 yrs experience in training and education, my role as advisor is to support, coach and provide guidance to my clients  enabling them make informed choices and move successfully into employment or training opportunities best suited to their individual needs.” It’s great to see my clients succeed, seeing the positive changes and smiles of success is fantastic”

Natasha Wilson: Team Administrator

My job as the Teams Administrator is to answer your calls and book appointments.  I also provide all the Administration support to the rest of the Team .
